The personal, sensitive, financial and/or patrimonial data to which THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY has access will be treated under the principles of consent, information, quality, purpose, loyalty, proportionality and responsibility, in accordance with the provisions of the Legislation, which consist, as appropriate, of the following:

Personal data:
Identification data: Name; gender; place and date of birth; nationality (data contained in the birth certificate); age; marital status; official identification; Proof of Registration in IM and/or social security number (printed); RFC; photograph; Curriculum Vitae; Driver’s License (if driving any company vehicle) and signature.

Contact details: proof of address; telephone number(s); and email address.

Patrimonial and financial data: Afore and Infonavit.

Academic data: Proof of studies; completed additional courses and psychometric studies.

Biometric personal data: Fingerprint, for the purpose of: creating templates; carrying out recognition of the holder; keeping a record of the holder’s attendance within the company; and administrative purposes.

Employment Data: Career path and references.

THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY may also have access to your Sensitive Data, such as:

Health data: Diagnosis for illness/accident; and laboratory analyses such as Two-element Blood Chemistry, Complete Blood Count, and X-ray of .

We may transfer the personal, financial and/or patrimonial data collected from you to:

Controlling companies, subsidiaries or affiliates of THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY and social assistance institutions, for administrative purposes and compliance with employer-employee obligations set by applicable legislation, without requiring your consent in accordance with the provisions of Article 37 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

The recipient of the personal data transferred by THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY may not use the information in a manner different from that established in this Privacy Notice.

The personal, sensitive, financial and/or patrimonial data that we collect and that give rise to and are necessary for the existence and fulfillment of the employer-employee relationship with THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY, will have the following purposes:

Integration of a file; preparation of an individual employment contract; preparation of a confidentiality agreement; carrying out work environment surveys; control of work attendance; training and instruction processes and a record of them; integration of a medical file; generation of health status and accident reports; attendance record; record of disabilities; compliance with legal obligations; creation of biometric data templates; carrying out recognition of the holder; compliance with employer-employee obligations; and administrative purposes of the company.

The personal, sensitive, financial and/or patrimonial data provided to us will be kept for the period of time that the employment relationship between THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY and the worker lasts in physical and electronic media and subsequently discarded in order to avoid improper treatment of them, based on Article 11, second paragraph of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties.

The confidentiality of the personal, sensitive, financial and/or patrimonial data that you provide us is guaranteed and they are protected by administrative, technical and physical security measures to prevent their damage, loss, alteration, destruction, unauthorized use, access or disclosure. Only persons authorized by THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY will have access to your personal, sensitive, financial and/or patrimonial data.
